Sunflower Maze & Pick Your Own

The 2025 Majura Valley Farm Sunflower Maze will open at 9 am on Saturday, the 1st of March!

This is a ticketed event to manage crowd numbers, ensure safety, and provide an unforgettable experience. Walk-ins are welcome, and tickets are available at the gate.

Opening hours will be Wednesday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 9 am to sunset/8 pm.

“Pick your own “Sunflowers are available for purchase at $3 per stem with a maximum of 5 stems per person (sharing is caring).
Payment options include both cash and card facilities are located at the entry/exit of the event. Complimentary use of secateurs is also available on the day. Sunflowers may ONLY be picked from the designated location marked “Pick Your Own Area”.

Please be aware that sunflowers can attract beneficial insects, such as bees and wasps, which may be present during your session. If you have allergies, please take precautions when attending.

Please note that sunflowers are a part of nature and are affected by the weather. In the case of blooms finishing early or being damaged, tickets will be refunded.

Ticket per person - General entry
Your ticket gives you access to the maze and “pick your own” area. Please ensure you exit the carpark safely as everyone’s safety is our priority.

Adult (aged 18 and over): $10

Child (aged between 5-17): $5

Children under the age of 5 are free.

Photographer bookings
Visitors are welcome to the sunflower maze from Wednesday to Sunday. However, if you plan to have a professional photoshoot or use the maze for any monetary gain, you must pay an additional site fee of $100 for a 1-day pass. The site fee must be purchased in advance, and it is non-refundable. 

Please enquire through the form below. We have reserved Mondays and Tuesdays for exclusive use for professional shoots. These days will not be open to the general public. However, you can also book for other days of the week. Fancy a 6 am sunrise shoot? We've got you covered; photographers can book from dawn til dusk. All photography sessions must be booked ahead of time; make sure to give us a couple of days' notice. 

Professional photographers can access the sunflower maze exclusively from sunrise to sunset on Mondays and Tuesdays. Don't stress; you can access the maze outside these days, but the maze is open to the public from 10 am. You must purchase the site fee at least 48 hours in advance. 

Please note that no props or equipment, except camera bags/lenses, are allowed during public hours. Large equipment, light stands, ladders, step stools and the like are welcome on Mondays, Tuesdays, and before the public arrives if you're coming early.
